An author's name can be included in a maximum of 3 (three) papers.

Symposium participation fees for participants from Türkiye are as follows

1. Symposium participation fee is 500 TL.
2. Other paper fees for participants with more than one paper, provided that the authors are the same, are 250 TL each.

For the participants from Central Asian Turkic Republics, symposium participation fee: free of charge.

For the participants from Asian and African Countries, symposium participation fee is 10 USD for each subsequent paper.

For participants from other countries, symposium participation fee is 50 USD total (up to 3 papers).

 

 The symposium participation fee includes the following services:

1. printing the presented papers in the Abstract book with ISBN,
2. printing the presented papers in e-proceedings book with ISBN,
3. publishing the main theme papers presented in an international book after editorial approval and referee acceptance,
4. free publication of the papers presented, approved by the editor and accepted by the referees in the relevant journals.
