1. Participation fees for the symposium are as follows.

       a - Attendance fee is 175 TL.

       b - One author can participate in up to three papers.

       c - For the attendees with more than one notice, the other charges are 75 TL.

       d - Student participation fee is 100 TL, other charges are 50 TL.

       e -Poster presentation fee is 100 TL.

2. The symposium participation fee includes the following services:

       a. 3 night 3 day accommodation service,

       b. airport transfers,

       c. name badge,

       d. certificate of participation,

       e. symposium bag,

       f. trip program,

      g. inter-session refreshments,

      h. gala dinner,

       i. printing of the submitted papers as e-books,

       j. the publication of the papers submitted and accepted by the referees.

3.In each of the multi-authored papers, each participant who participates in other authors should pay the same amount for participation.

 

4. The participant who pays for a notice does not make any payment if a separate participant submits the notice in the other multi-name papers. However, if he / she will present the other communication himself, he pays the participation fee in the second and third form.

 

5.When making the accepted notice payment, you must include the name / surname of the author (s) of the related notice and the id number of the related article (you can access it by logging in with your user information from the send an id number section).

 

6.In the case of multi-authored papers, the responsible author may obtain the certificate of participation of other authors.
